These terms explain how we work together when you book event decoration services with Event Decoration. By making a booking, you agree to the points below.
A booking is confirmed only once you have discussed your requirements with us and paid the agreed advance. We reserve your event date exclusively for you once the advance is received.
Prices shown on our website and in the price calculator are indicative starting points. Your final quote depends on your theme, venue, guest count, materials and add-ons, and will be confirmed in writing before your event.
If you need to change your date or theme, tell us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellation terms, including any non-refundable advance, will be explained clearly at the time of booking.
We will design and install your decoration to the agreed brief, using quality materials, and complete setup before your event begins. Photographs shown on this site represent our style and craft; your setup is designed uniquely for your venue.
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, venue restrictions or civic disruptions. In such cases we will always work with you to find the best possible outcome.
